The West Townshend Cafe The West Townshend Country Store’s café is the perfect place for neighbors to meet for a cup of coffee and snack on local goodies.We offer coffee & tea, baked goods and dairy products, as well as hearty food for the colder seasons. Our local in-store goods include bread, farm fresh eggs & cheese, canned goods, maple syrup & honey, salves & tinctures, jewelry, and music & art by local artists. Come try our Cob wood fire Pizza every Friday night from March-Dec. In addition, we offer free wi-fi internet and access to a community computer.HOURSTuesday-Thursday 7:00 am-7:00 pm Friday 7:00 am- 9:00 pm Saturday: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm

Hard to tell from the simple menu and minimal items in the case but we had a fantastic, customized locavore feast with hot food from the grill starring local ingredients. Everything was delicious. This shop is also a hub for locals and we happened upon an outdoor market one day and a banjo jam session the next. Lovely spot.
